Change Management Advisor

Job description

One of our clients from the food industry is currently looking for an intermediate change management advisor to join their team.

Description of tasks and responsibilities

 Prepare the start of projects in terms of change management;

 Analyze the impacts and stakeholders of the projects;

 Evaluate and mitigate human risks;

 Develop change management business plans;

 Develop change management strategies in terms of communication; training, and stakeholder engagement, etc .;

 Facilitate and lead change management workshops;

 Participate in project meetings (weekly, Adhoc, sponsorship);

 Develop various support tools;

 Build and launch communications activities according to the risks, impacts, stakeholders, and different phases of the project;

 Support the activities of the transition;

 Measure adherence to change in the different phases of the project;

 Evaluate the results and benefits of the change.

 Stakeholder analysis

 Impact analysis and mitigation plan

 Common message-vision

 Communication plan

 Training plan

 Support plan and management of concerns

Profile

 Strategic and global thinking, able to act locally

 Experience in change management in large companies

 Experience in an operational IT environment

 Great autonomy, sense of organization, rigor, and attention to detail

 Excellent interpersonal communication and team spirit

 Listening, and customer oriented

 Quick and sustained learning

 Ability to multitask and meet tight and sometimes changing deadlines

Requirements

 Undergraduate university degree in communication, administration or change management;

 Hold PROSCI certification;

 3- 5 years of experience in change management;

 Perfect command of French and English (oral and written);

 Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms)
