Change Management Coordinator

Job description

One of our clients from the food retail industry is currently looking for a change management coordinator to join their team.

Description

As a member of the change management team, the Change Management Coordinator will act as the team's “lead” and change agent in the context of the transformation currently taking place within the organization and its vice-presidency at the level of the project office (PMO) and the change office (CMO).

In this role, you will be required to contribute to the strategies, plans and follow-ups of deployments related to change management, provide support to potential obstacles and make recommendations to optimize processes and practices.

In addition, you will need to:

  • Help the manager position the change management office within the organization
  • Evaluate the scope and change management efforts at the start of projects
  • Assign change management advisers according to the capacity of the project portfolio
  • Participate in the process of staffing and integrating talents into the team
  • Participate in the assessment of certain risks, help remove obstacles and support mitigation plans
  • Coordinate, supervise and plan team activities outside of projects
  • Validate change management strategies, as well as other associated deliverables
  • Standardize and optimize the practice and its processes across the team aimed at achieving results and respecting internal control requirements
  • Act as a leader in the evolution and promotion of the change management service offer
  • Build and maintain governance mechanisms, in particular by developing tools for approval, communication and monitoring of changes by working in close collaboration with the other departments involved
  • Ensure that the team appropriates the methodology and its tools for change management
  • Monitor and present performance indicators necessary to assess adherence to changes
  • Control compliance with deadlines and the quality of deliverables in change management

Profile

  • Bilingual (French / English)
  • Experience in a large company, in a retail operational environment (an asset)
  • Collaborative leadership and team spirit
  • Great autonomy, sense of organization, rigor and good management of priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills

Requirements

  • Undergraduate university degree in communication, administration or change management
  • Hold PROSCI certification
  • More than 5 years of experience in team management / coordination
  • Experience in change management, and training practice
  • Very good knowledge of digital collaboration tools (Office 365: Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms)
