HR Business Analyst

Job description

One of our clients from the real estate investment industry is currently looking for an HR business analyst to join their team.

Description

As part of the deployment of the Workday solution scheduled for May 2022 (HCM, Payroll, Benefits social, Time and absence management, Compensation), the organization is looking for a versatile person who can carry out activities related to the coordination of tests and documentation of HR business processes. The candidate will also be a key player for the preparation and the realization of the subsequent phases with Workday (Training, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Advanced compensation).

Responsibilities

Test coordinator (75%)

  • Update the initial testing strategy according to the stage of the project;
  • Prepare and lead test launch sessions;
  • Coordinate all activities related to testing during each testing phase:
  • Ensure the preparation of environments and accesses;
  • Organize the daily work of resources (testers);
  • Review the order of the tests to be performed; ? Mobilize resources for carrying out tests;
  • Revise the activity schedules and facilitate follow-up meetings;
  • Produce dashboards for accountability;
  • Raise the risks associated with the progress or performance of the tests;
  • Review bugs and follow up on fixes with the support team the implantation.

Business process documentalist (25%)

  • Plan and facilitate workshops on business processes;
  • Ensure communication and review of processes with stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the Change Management lead for the transfer of knowledge related to business process. Can train users as needed;
  • Actively participates in post-implantation support. Provide support to super users to analysis and resolution of end user issues.

Experience and qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in the deployment of IT solutions;
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment;
  • Sense of organization and attention to detail;
  • Excellent written French;
  • Knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge of Visio, an asset;
  • Knowledge of DevOps, an asset;
  • Knowledge of human resources management, an asset.
